The roller pallet conveyor is a robust and versatile solution designed for efficient pallet handling in various industrial applications. Crafted with precision and durability in mind, this conveyor system ensures the seamless transportation of palletised goods while minimising maintenance requirements and optimising material flow.

- 103, 150, and 182 mm pitches are available as standard
- Side-mounted, underslung and over-slung are available as standard
- Max load with 0.55kw motor – 3,000kg
- Max load with 0.75kw motor – 4,500kg
- Maximum load per roller:
Up to 1280mm: 500kg
1280mm-1580mm: 360kg - Minimum top roller height: 110mm
- Ø80 BZP rollers (available in stainless and or with flanges)
- Driven by a 5/8″ simplex looped chain in a bracelet format along the length of the conveyor. These chains are fully guarded by the chain cover and end covers.
- The chain cover and end covers are formed in 3mm mild steel.
